CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS



The board of easyJet has received the resignation of Colin Day as a
non-executive director of the company, effective from 30th September.  Colin
will be pursuing other non-executive opportunities.



Sir Colin Chandler, Chairman of easyJet said: 'Colin has done an excellent job
in his time with easyJet and we wish him the very best of luck in his future
roles. We understand the reasons behind his departure but we will miss his
unique contribution to the Board of easyJet plc. He will be leaving in
September, which will allow time for an orderly succession.'
