Director Resignation


The Company announces that Amir Eilon has stepped down from his role as a Non -
Executive Director of the Company with effect from 22 February 2006.

The Chairman of easyJet plc, Sir Colin Chandler, said 'Amir has provided
excellent service to the Company. His background in finance has been
particularly helpful, especially when the Company was floated on the London
Stock Exchange and during the acquisition of GO. I will miss his lively and
incisive contributions to meetings of the Board'.
