Confirmation of Directorate changes



Following the announcements on 11 and 25 July 2005, Tony Illsley and Colin Day
have resigned as non executive directors of the company with effect from 30
September 2005.



In accordance with the announcement on 7 September 2005, David Bennett has been
appointed a non executive director of the Company with effect from 1 October
2005.
