Director change


John Quelch, a Director of easyJet plc, has resigned with effect from the end of
today's Board Meeting.


John was Dean of London Business School on appointment to the easyJet Board at
IPO in November 2000 but has recently returned to the United States where he is
Senior Associate Dean at Harvard Business School and Chairman of the
Massachusetts Port Authority.

easyJet has valued John's brand marketing expertise and wishes him all the best
in his future ventures.
