easyJet plc announces that Cor Vrieswijk, the Company's Operations Director who
joined the Company on 1 January 2007 has been awarded 42,016 Performance Shares
under the easyJet Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP'):

In accordance with the Rules of the LTIP, this award will vest in three years
subject to the satisfaction of Return on Equity targets measured by reference to
a three year performance period as follows:
