     Annual Report and Accounts 2006 and Notice of Annual General Meeting


The Company has submitted two copies of each of the documents listed below to
the Financial Services Authority:


(a)      the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2006;


(b)      notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 1 March 2007;


(c)      the Form of Proxy in relation to the Annual General Meeting.;


(d)      the proposed new Articles of Association.


These documents will shortly be available for inspection at the Financial
Services Authority's Document Viewing Facility situated at:
