    Annual Report and Accounts 2005 and Notice of Annual General Meeting


In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company has submitted two copies of
each of the documents listed below to the Financial Services Authority:


(a)      the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2005;


(b)      notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 22 February 2006;


(c)      the Form of Proxy in relation to the Annual General Meeting.
