                               easyJet plc



Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for 560,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to be admitted
to the Official List.



These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued
pursuant to the following schemes:

easyJet  plc Switzerland Pre-flotation scheme                     200,000
easyJet  plc Switzerland Non -approved Discretionary scheme        60,000
easyJet plc Pre-flotation scheme                                  300,000



It is expected admission will be granted on 05 December 2005 and that trading
will commence on 06 December 2005.


When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares.
