                                  easyJet plc


Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for 550,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to be admitted
to the Official List.



These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued
pursuant to the following schemes:



Scheme                                             Shares

easyJet  plc Pre-flotation scheme                 350,000

easyJet  plc Non-approved Discretionary scheme     50,000

easyJet plc Approved Discretionary scheme         150,000



It is expected admission will be granted on 19 December 2005 and that trading
will commence on 20 December 2005.



When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares.
