Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a Block Listing of
19,532,258 Ordinary shares of 25p each of EASYJET PLC to be admitted to the
Official List. The shares to be issued are in respect of the Open Offer dated
29th October 2001.

The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary share capital of the company.
