                                Issue of options


Driver Group plc ('the Company') announces that, on 13 September 2006, the
Company granted options in respect of 600,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.4p each in
the capital of the Company ('Options') under the Company's EMI option scheme.
These Options have been granted to various senior employees. The Options have
been granted at an exercise price of 118.5p and are exercisable between three
and ten years from the date of grant.
