Director's Dealings

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, was notified on 4^th December that on 3^rd December 2013, certain Directors of the Company as detailed below reduced their holdings in ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in order to satisfy strong demand from institutional investors:

Frank Nominees is the vehicle used by Kleinwort Benson Limited. The beneficiary of the SIPP is Peter Simmonds. Following the disposal of shares from the SIPP, Peter's combined holding is 11,073,841 which represents 3.98% of the issued share capital. Peter Simmonds, Chief Executive, Commented:
