                  DOMINO'S PIZZA UK & IRL plc ('the Company')

                    Purchase of Shares in Buyback Programme


The Company announces that it purchased 100,000 of its ordinary shares of 5
pence each on the 11 May 2005, through Numis Securities at a price of £2.705 per
share.   These shares will be cancelled and will reduce the number of shares in
issue to 54,829,843.


In addition the Company announces that in its announcement of 10 May 2005, the
resultant number of shares in issue following the share buy-back of 150,000 of
its ordinary shares should have been 54,929,843 and not 55,050,762 as was
stated.
