The Company was notified that Mike Salinger acquired 37,000 ordinary shares in
the Company on 25 July 2001 at 70p per share, a further 20,000 ordinary shares
were purchased on 31 July 2001 at 61p per share, representing a total purchase
of  0.11% of the issued share capital.  Mr Salinger acts as an alternate
director for Nigel Wray, a non executive director of the Company.



These purchases represent Mr Salinger's entire holding in the Company.
