Pursuant to the FSA's transitional arrangements for the new Disclosure and
Transparancy Rules, on 14 June 2007, Morgan Stanley Securities Limited notified
the Company that, as at 12 June 2007, it is interested, directly in 4,966,856
ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence each in the Company (each with voting rights)
representing 3% of the voting rights of the Company.
