Holdings in Company

Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc ('the Company') has been notified that FMR Corp and
its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International ('FIL') and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries have an interest in 3,495,443 ordinary shares
in the capital of the Company, representing approximately 6.38% of the Company's
issued share capital.

The interests are non-beneficial and include interests held on behalf of
authorised unit trust schemes in the UK and the interest of Mr. Edward C.
Johnson 3rd, a principal shareholder of FMR Corp. and FIL.
