Pursuant to the FSA's transitional arrangements for the new Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, on the 31 December 2007, Standard Life Investments Limited
notified the Company that, as of 28 December 2007, it is interested in 4.8% per
cent of the voting rights of the Company.
