Domino's Pizza UK & Irl plc (the 'Company') announces that it was notified on 6
August 2003 that RBS Mezzanine sold on that date 1,600,000 ordinary shares of 5
pence each in the company at a price of 148 pence per share. RBS Mezzanine is
now interested in 1,062,618 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 2.08
per cent of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
