First Day of Dealings

Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc, the UK and Ireland's leading pizza delivery company, today announces that its shares have been admitted to the Official List of the Financial Services Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange for listed securities (the 'Admission'). Following cancellation of trading in the ordinary shares of Domino's Pizza on AIM, dealings in the ordinary shares of the Company will commence on the London Stock Exchange's main market today at 8.00 am. 

The prospectus prepared by the Company in connection with the move to the Official List is available on the Company's website at [http://www.dominos.uk.com/] and is available free of charge at the Company's registered office and the offices of Mayer Brown International LLP at 11 Pilgrim Street, London EC4V 6RW.
