Director's shareholding
The Company was informed on 21 February 2000 that on 18
February 2000 the Chief Executive, Gerry Halpern, had
purchased 3,500 shares in the Company at 74 pence per
share. Following this purchase, Gerry Halpern is
interested in 3,500 shares in the Company.
