Domino's Pizza UK & IRL PLC 14 February 2005 For Immediate Release 14 February 2005 Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc Appointment of New Non-Executive Director John Hodson has accepted an offer to join the Board of Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc ('Domino's', LSE : DOM), as a Non-Executive Director. The appointment is effective from today. Mr Hodson, 58, worked with the Singer and Friedlander Group since 1970 where he was a board member since 1987. In 1993 he was appointed Chief Executive of the Group, a position he held until December 2004. Currently Non-Executive Director of Prestbury Group, Mr Hodson's past Non-Executive directorships were with SVB Holdings plc (formerly Syndicate Capital Trust) (1994 to 2000); Associated Nursing Services plc (1994 to 2002); Miller Fisher Group plc (formerly Fishers International Group plc) (1993 to 2004); D Carnegie Group AB and Intrinsic Value plc (1999 to 2004).
