Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc announced that Colin Halpern, the chairman of the
Company today disposed of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 275 pence.
Following the sale Colin Halpern is interested in 9,155,497 shares representing
16.59% of the issued share capital of the Company.
