Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc ('Domino's' or the 'Company') has been notified that
Colin Halpern, the Non-Executive Vice Chairman of Domino's, on 21 February 2008
disposed of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1.5625p each held by H S Real Company
LLC at a price of 206 pence per share.

H S Real Company LLC is owned by a discretionary trust, the beneficiaries of
which are the adult children of Colin and Gail Halpern. As a result of the above
transaction, Mr. Halpern's interests in the ordinary shares of the Company have
reduced from 15,007,328 to 13,007,328 ordinary shares, representing
approximately 8.0% of the Company's current issued share capital.
