                              Director Shareholding

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify
the market of the following:

On the 6 July 2007, H S Real Company LLC consolidated its shareholdings in
Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc by transferring 18,009,552 ordinary shares of
1.5625p each ('Ordinary Shares') held by International Franchise Systems Inc (a
company that held the shares beneficially for H S Real Company LLC) to H S Real
Company LLC (a company owned by a discretionary trust, the beneficiaries of
which are the adult children of Gail and Colin Halpern, Chairman of Domino's
Pizza UK & IRL plc). The total number of shares in which H S Real Company LLC is
interested in is 19,307,328.
