Directors' Dealings


Domino's Pizza UK and IRL plc ('the Company') announces that it was notified on
5 March 2004 that as a result of institutional demand HS Real Co. LLC had sold
2,000,000 shares at 220 pence per share.  HS Real Co. LLC is owned by
discretionary trusts, the beneficiaries of which are the adult children of Colin
Halpern, Chairman of Domino's.


As a result of the above transactions Mr Halpern is now deemed to be interested
in 10,155,497 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 19.1 per cent of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
