           Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc ('Domino's' or the 'Company')

                            DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS


In the documentation relating to the Tender Offer by Ogier Employee Benefit
Trustee Limited, acting as trustee for the Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc Employee
Benefit Trust, it was disclosed that Colin Halpern, Chairman of Domino's, would
tender or procure that HS Real Co. LLC or International Franchise Systems, Inc.
would tender no less than 2,600,000 Ordinary Shares.

The Company was informed yesterday that HS Real Co. LLC and that International
Franchise Systems, Inc. had together sold 2,468,509 Ordinary Shares at 172 pence
per share under the terms of the Tender Offer.

As a result of the above transactions Mr Halpern is now interested in 12,505,497
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 24.4% of the issued share capital of
the Company.
