The Company was notified that Mike Salinger acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in
the Company today 12 September 2001 at 57p per share, representing 0.05% of
the issued share capital.  Mr Salinger acts as an alternate director for Nigel
Wray, a non executive director of the Company.  Following this purchase, Mr
Salinger now holds 82,000 ordinary shares representing 0.16% of the issued
share capital.
