Dominos' Pizza UK & IRL plc ('the Company' or 'Domino's') today announced that
on the 3 March 2006 it was informed of the following transactions in respect of
the Company's Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company 
('Ordinary Shares')


Michael Shallow, a non-executive Director of the Company purchased 15,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of 449p per share. Mr Shallow's total holding is
15,000 Ordinary Shares.
