Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 1 November 2017, Rachel Osborne, Chief Financial Officer, received 37,482 shares following the vesting of a conditional share award made on 13 October 2016. 17,661 shares were sold to cover liability to tax and national insurance contributions arising on vesting.
