Director/PDMR Dealings

Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc ('the Company' or 'Domino's') today announces that on 17 February 2009 it was informed of the following transactions in respect of ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares').

As a result of the rapid growth in profitability and earnings per share over the last three years, the performance targets included in the 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan awards have been achieved. As a result 918,724 shares vested on 17 February 2009 of which 713,201 were allocated to Lee Ginsberg, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and 205,523 were allocated to Patricia Thomas, a director of the Company's main operating subsidiary, Domino's Pizza Group Limited.  Lee Ginsberg disposed of 713,201 Ordinary Shares and Patricia Thomas disposed of 205,523 Ordinary Shares, each on 17 February 2009 at a price of 210.0 pence per Ordinary Share.

Lee Ginsberg also acquired 88,000 Ordinary Shares on 17 February 2009 at a price of 210.0 pence per Ordinary Share.

In addition, H S Real LLC (a company owned by a discretionary trust the beneficiaries of which are the adult children of Colin Halpern, the Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Company, and Gail Halpern) disposed of 2,500,000 shares on 17 February 2009 at a price of 210.0 pence per Ordinary Share. 

As a result of the above transactions, Lee Ginsberg's interests in Ordinary Shares have increased to 88,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company, Patricia Thomas' interests in Ordinary Shares have remained the same at 39,114  Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company and Colin Halpern's interests in Ordinary Shares have reduced from 10,507,328 to 8,007,328 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.95% of the issued share capital of the Company.
