Director/PDMR Dealings

Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc ("the Company") today announces that on 17 February 2012 it was informed of the following transactions in respect of ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

The following Directors of Domino's Pizza Group Limited, the Company's main operating subsidiary, each acquired Ordinary Shares (detailed in the table below) on 17 February 2012 at a price of 135.8 pence per Ordinary Share, pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme ("SAYE").

The following Directors of Domino's Pizza Group Limited, the Company's main operating subsidiary, each acquired Ordinary Shares on 17 February 2012 at a price of 135.8 pence per Ordinary Share and subsequently disposed of Ordinary Shares at a price of 477.84 pence per Ordinary Share pursuant to the exercise of options under the SAYE as follows:
