Annual Financial Report and Notice of AGM
Domino's Pizza UK & IRL PLC (the "Company")
The Company announces that in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and 9.6.3 the following documents have today been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism:
1. Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 26 December 2010;
2. Notice of Annual General Meeting; and
3. Form of Proxy

The AGM is scheduled to be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, 1 March 2011 at The Training Centre, Unit B, Kingston Centre, Winchester Circle, Kingston, Milton Keynes MK10 0BA.
