                  DOMINOS PIZZA UK & IRL PLC

Application for admission of new ordinary shares to trading

The company has today applied for 149,612 new ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence
each in the company to be admitted to  trading on the Alternative Investment
Market of the London Stock Exchange ('Admission'). These are shares which have 
been issued pursuant to the exercise of options by a certain employee of the
Company under the Domino's Pizza Share  Option (Unapproved) Scheme. Admission of
such shares is expected to occur on the 8 June 2007.

Following the issue of such shares, the Company's issued share capital consists
of 165,574,949 ordinary shares with  voting rights.
