           Application for admission of new ordinary shares to trading


The company has applied for 2,176 new ordinary shares of 1.5625p each in the
company to be admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission'). These are shares which
have been issued pursuant to the exercise of options by certain employees of the
Company under the Domino's Pizza Share Option (Unapproved) Scheme. Admission of
such shares is expected to occur on 24 October 2007.

Following the issue of such shares, the Company's issued share capital consists
of 163,478,414 ordinary shares with voting rights.
