DOMINOS PIZZA UK & IRL PLC

The following replaces the announcement regarding the admission of new shares
announcement made at 15:31 today under RNS number 1226X. Admission of the shares
is expected to occur on the 30 May 2007.


Application for admission of new ordinary shares to trading

The company has today applied for 205,586 new ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence
each in the company to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment
Market of the London Stock Exchange ('Admission'). These are shares which have
been issued pursuant to the exercise of options by certain employees of the
Company under the Domino's Pizza Share Option (Unapproved) Scheme. Admission of
such shares is expected to occur on the 30 May 2007.

Following the issue of such shares, the Company's issued share capital consists
of 165,425,337 ordinary shares with voting rights.
