                               Additional Listing

Application has been made for a further 295,544 ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market
pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's 1999 Unapproved Share
Option. It is expected that dealings in these new ordinary shares, which will
rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares, will commence
on 19 December 2002.
