DNO International ASA will release its results for the fourth quarter
and full year 2008 to the Oslo Stock Exchange on 19 February, 2009.

On the release day, representatives from DNO International ASA will
give a presentation of the quarterly and annual financial statements.

The presentation will be held at 08:00 A.M. on 19 February, 2009  at
Oslo Konserthus, Munkedamsveien 14.
