Distribution Finance Capital Holdings plc, the specialist bank providing working capital solutions to dealers and manufacturers across the UK, today announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at St James' Building, 61-95 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 6EJ on 15 June 2022 at 9.30 a.m.
The Notice of Meeting and Form of Proxy was posted to shareholders on 19 May 2022 and copy of the former is available at www.dfcapital-investors.com. If it becomes necessary or appropriate to revise the current arrangements for the Annual General Meeting, further information will be published on the Company's website at www.dfcapital-investors.com, by RIS announcement and by any other means legally required at that time.
