The Company was today notified that Mrs Sarah Bertolotti, Director, purchased 124,667 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 14 December 2011 at a price of 1.72p pence per share.

Mrs Bertolotti is now interested in 124,667 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14% per cent. of the issued share capital.
