Divisional Restructuring

Delling Group PLC ('Delling' or the 'Group'), whose principal assets are in Scandinavia, announces that it was not able to implement the envisioned restructuring of its exhibition business in Sweden, due to a lack of sufficient financing. In light of this the board is considering the company's options and its viability as a going concern. The company hopes to be able to further update to the market in the coming days.
