DIPLOMA PLC - DIRECTORS' LTIP AWARDS The Remuneration Committee recommended that the Board approve the following Awards under the Diploma PLC 2004 Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP') to Executive Directors: BM Thompson 276,423 Ordinary Shares I Henderson    168,293 Ordinary Shares NP Lingwood 168,293 Ordinary Shares The Awards made today are subject to performance conditions measured over a three Year Performance Period ending 30 September 2011. A summary of the LTIP, including the performance conditions relating to the Awards, will be set out in the 2008 Annual Report of the Company, which will be mailed to shareholders on 1 December 2008.
