2010 ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2010 has today been posted to shareholders, together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting, explanatory Circular and Form of Proxy.

The Company released its Preliminary Announcement of Final Results for the year ended 30 September 2010 ("Announcement") on 22 November 2010. This Announcement contained all the information required under Rule 6.3.5 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
