The Company has been notified that, on 14 March 2018 Stephen Bird, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 3,728 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each in the Company (the ''Transaction'').

 

Following the Transaction, Stephen Bird now holds a total of 41,728 ordinary shares, representing 0.128% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
