DFS Furniture Company plc ('the Company')
DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN RELEVANT SHARE CAPITAL
The Company received notification today that Barclays PLC, through its
subsidiary Barclays Bank PLC, no longer has a notifiable interest in the
Ordinary shares of 5p each of the Company.
