The Company was informed today in accordance with section 198 of the Companies
Act 1985 (as amended), that following the recent purchase of 500,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, Mr John Christou  now has a beneficial holding of
2,305,262 ordinary shares representing approximately 3.01% of the Company's
issued share capital.
