The Company was notified yesterday by Close Brothers Group plc, pursuant to Part
VI of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that following recent market
transactions it has a total holding of 8,543,001 Ordinary Shares representing
13.85% of the Company's issued share capital.



The above interest was non-beneficial to Close Brothers Group plc and arose by
virtue of the discretionary management of the shares under written agreement
between the beneficial owner of the shares and Close Investment Limited, Close
Brothers Investment Limited and Close Finsbury Asset Management Limited, all of
which are subsidiaries of Close Brothers Group plc.
