Amendment - Director/PDMR Shareholding

Deltex Medical Group plc has today been informed that, on 31 March 2010, Nigel J Keen, Chairman of Deltex Medical, transferred 1,446,446 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Shares") at 11.625p each into the name of Nigel J Keen and Caroline J Keen, trustees of the Imperialise Pension Fund.

The beneficial interest of the aforementioned director in the Shares remains unchanged.
