The Company was yesterday notified by Platinum Fund Managers Limited that the
Platinum Investment Trust has bought a further 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') and is now interested in 2,208,400
Ordinary Shares, which represents 4.38 per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company.
