                             DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company was today informed that Mr Simon Evans, a director of the Company,
today exercised options over 6,181 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary
Shares') at an exercise price of £1.58 per share. Following this transaction, Mr
Evans's beneficial interest has increased to 669,181 Ordinary Shares, which
represents 1.31 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
