Gary Evans, Chief Executive of the company yesterday sold 520,000 ordinary
shares (including 4,750 sold on behalf of his spouse) at 157p per share.
Following this sale his beneficial interest in the share capital of the
Company is 852,334 shares, representing 1.71 per cent. of the issued share
capital
